SHIPPING POLICY DOMESTIC

Courier pick up and delivery is Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

All orders are shipped with NZ Post and typically take 1-3 working days to arrive.

Expect extra time for rural delivery or island to island services.

YOUR COURIER NOTIFICATIONS AND HOW THEY WORK

• You'll receive a notification once your order has been fulfilled. It will include a tracking number - that number will work once the courier has picked up your parcel
• Once your parcel has left Salumeria Fontana, it's in the hands of the courier company and we rely on their processes and tracking system
• Using your tracking number, you can contact the courier company if you have any queries about delivery. As they have your parcel, they are your best first port of call with queries as they can help you with delivery information
